Sarrett Development Corporation has moved to Southwest Florida! Now operating under Sarrett Corporation we are a Certified General Contractor allowing us to build any structure in the state of Florida as well as the numerous state licenses we hold around the country. Other than the location much has stayed the same, our e-mail addresses have not changed and we still provide the same level of service you all have come to demand and expect! "Building with Integrity" remains our mission statement and we do our best to maintain it. One new addition is that Sarrett Corporation has now added Residential Construction to it's services in the southwest Florida area. This new division will primarly focus on additions, renovations, kitchen and bath remodels and decks & patios.

Scheduling -
Each project whether Commercial or Residential is committed to a precise schedule, much of this performed during the estimating process. An accurate estimate can not be presented without it. Sarrett Corporation typically presents it's schedules in Microsoft Project format but if requested Primavera can be utilized. All tasks are itemized as well as start and completion dates, milestones, inspection dates and long lead items. Critical path items are highlighted in red and percent of completion is updated regularly as required(typically once a week). Billing can be incorporated into the schedule if requested and if the project is billed by percent of completion.

Estimating -
An itemized estimate is provided with each project task itemized, as well as line items for supervision, permits, overhead/profit and travel if required. Each line item can be reviewed and discussed during the bid or proposal process. The accepted final proposal becomes part of the final contract as the Schedule of Values(SOV).

Preconstruction and Design -
Sarrett Corporation is instrumental in the preconstruction and design phase of it projects when asked to do so. Whether it's finding the right piece of land or performing test fits to see if the land is right, or performing the necessary leg work for zoning changes Sarrett Corporation is ready. Often times we can calculate the parking requirements or setback issues much quicker than the consultants. The consultants will still be required, of course, however this allows you as the client to review multiple locations much quicker and cost efficiently. Finding the right piece of dirt is paramount. Whether it's urban or rural, site assemblages can be tricky, let Sarrett Corporation help you.
